The Motion for Leave to Appeal Submissions for Reynolds v. Amchem Prods., Inc.

As New York Civil Law previously posted, the New York Court of Appeals granted leave to appeal in Reynolds v. Amchem Prods., Inc.  The appeal will address whether parties to a high/low agreement must disclose the agreement to a co-defendant, who was not part of the agreement.
