New York State Unified System Release New Attorney Advertising Rules

The New York State Unified Court System today release the new rules for attorney advertising (see prior post here).  The New York State Bar Association provides three great links regarding the rules: (1) a summary of the changes; (2) a red-lined version of the rules; and (3) the Association's press release.
