The blawgosphere has a new New York entry -- It's No-Fault of NY. Erik Lutwin and frequent New York Civil Law comment writer, Damin Toell, from Bruno Gerbino & Soriano, LLP have started up this great-looking blawg about New York No-Fault law. It's very exciting to have two attorneys who practice in this area give us updates on this important area of New York law.
I can already tell that this blawg is going to be a valuable resource for a lot of New Yorkers. Please help me welcome Erik and Damin to the blawgosphere.
To Erik and Damin, THANK YOU! Your site has already proved to be extremely valuable to me. Thank you for helping all of us "laymen" find a starting point for researching no-fault legal citations. New York State's site sure isn't worth much.
